Originally from Surat, Vishwa relocated to New York at 14 and developed expertise across industries before returning to co-found Earthist. Her background spans the electric vehicle sector — including work with Highland Electric Fleets on the EPA Clean School Bus Program and experience with California Cap-and-Trade carbon markets. She holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Finance from New York University.

Co-founder of Earthist and director of TechSunBio's renewable energy initiatives since 2014. Tejas brings a decade of hands-on expertise in renewable energy to Earthist's sustainability mission. He holds an M.Tech in Renewable Energy from IIT Bombay and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Surat.
